We finally finished our part of the homestudy! We had our final interview/homestudy on Tuesday. We invited the social worker over for dinner and talked through the meal and for a while afterward. It was really nice! So now we're just waiting on the fingerprints, references and for the homestudy report to be written up. We should be good to go late June/early July! I have to say it's really nice to have this HUGE piece of our adoption finally done.
In the meantime, we have a little paperwork for the agency to finish and a profile book/photo album to put together. And then there's the matter of a nursery to get ready.... ;) With much prayer and hard work, Bill and I hope to be waiting for a match in July!
